We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The ski valet service was very convenient and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent as we were able to easily access the ski area. We also enjoyed the fantastic view of the snow park from both the living room and bedroom. the hotel was spacious, chic and cozy. We were impressed with the hotel's open and well-equipped kitchen and the Bluetooth hifi in the room. The staff also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful and we appreciated their really good service.
Nothing for me.

The ski-in, ski-out location was incredible, meaning we could easily hit the slopes each day with no hassle. We also loved the spacious and clean rooms, complete with modern facilities such as a washing machine and dryer. The breakfast was a highlight too, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and fuel us up for a day on the slopes.
There were a few aspects of our stay that weren't quite up to scratch. The service was a little hit-and-miss, with some staff seeming less knowledgeable and experienced than others.

The hotel provided us with luxurious and exclusive amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and Bluetooth hifi. the staff was extremely nice and even gifted us a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. the location is ideal for skiing, and the ski valet was very convenient.
Despite the amazing service and amenities, the scheduling of the onsen was still being worked out and caused some confusion. this minor issue did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.
